This ambitious project will be seeking approval under Paragraph 80 of the NPPF, the clause reserved for homes of Exceptional Quality which significantly enhance their immediate setting.
This dwelling is situated on a garden plot, and the design is being evolved to not only reduce the possible harm to the biodiversity of the site, but enhance it through design, material use and active ecological improvement strategies.
We are working alongside the clients, local authority and project ecologists to bring this scheme forward to planning in 2023.
